Poussez’s Marathon Fundraiser!

Yes friendos, the time has come for Poussez to take on the Virgin 2012 London Marathon...what this means in reality, is Jafar runs 26 miles in strange man-leggings,  whilst Maxime eats chillidogs and shouts profanities at him, loudly in German. It is all part of the Poussez creative process.  Join us then as we play alongside some super awesome Djs at Fluid on Friday March 2nd. All proceeds go towards the Amazonian Rainforests and Ability Bow....very worthy causes. We think you'll agree a truly SUPERB line-up too! The more we raise, the more Max will shout at Jafar. Hell, we may even ask him to run naked. Do it peoples. Do it for the trees and Jafar's knees.

Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells, Deep House all the waaay. Friends, ravers, countrymen. Lend us your beers, it is time to Christmas Party!

Yes, we'd like to thankyou all so much for supporting our gigs, releases and our Artizan Music label this year. Its been a fantastical, magical 2011 for us. We've debuted at Fabric, remixed Mateo & Matos (see link below!), signed to Aki Bergen's Neurotraxx Deluxe (news on that release very shortly!), 3AM records and we can look forward to bringing you more stellar remixes on our stuff in early 2012, from both Claire Ripley and Moodymanc...

We're also heading back to play Fabric in the Spring and tour Canada!

In the meantime, we'd like to invite all our UK fans to come join us in London on December 3rd for the OFFICIAL Artizan Music Christmas party. We're on the wheels all night and welcome back our good friend, long-term collaborator and Artizan lover...ANDY TOUCHFINGERS for one of his special keys and DJ sets. Loads of goodness up in the bar too...

Well we gotta say it was a rather good day in the office when we had an email through from Eddie Matos saying how much he enjoyed our Discuits E.P.  Always been big fans of Mateo & Matos, so naturally we were only too happy to oblige their request for a Poussez remix on their latest project 'Hypnotized'. We went for a real 'Spirit Catcher' feel. Tried to keep things deep, emotive and funky. Hope you like it. If you do perhaps you'd like to buy it and help us eat our dinner

Poussez & Tom Demac, Sep 30th at UTBD!

We'd like to firstly thank everybody again for supporting us at London's amazing Fabric last month for the Artizan Music Room 3 takeover. That party was off the flipping hook!!!

Onwards and upwards you can catch us back at Fluid (same road as Fabric) on Friday September 30th. We're joined with an exclusive LIVE set from one of our favourite UK producers right now, TOM DEMAC. This boy is hot. We mean seriously hot, like habanero peppers hot! So between us and Tom, there's gonna be some serious floor burn in the basement.

Poussez & Claire Ripley

Hello disco amigos. We just thought we'd let you know that the lovely Claire Ripley is remixing our next E.P, which has been picked up by Swiss label Pins & Needles..

Dropping this Winter, we're really excited to hear the results. Claire has of course been carving out quite the niche for herself over the years, with some gorgeous works on Dessous, Murmur, Neurotraxx Deluxe or her own Phobic imprint. She's taking on a Poussez track entitled, Vermouth, Sunshine & Codeine.

Not enough women in dance music in our humble opinion so its great to have Claire shining her light.

Oh yeah we thought it only fair she and Pins&Needles label head, Philipp Ort join us for the Artizan Music Xmas party in December, so get that in ya party planners!  :)

Poussez Headline Dope Disco June 11th

Lots of you lovely peeps have been asking us when Artizan will throw another Uptownboogiedown. The truth be told,we're taking 6 months off the parties to concentrate on our remixes and album. However, don't despair cos we're playing at this ace little shindig in shoreditch next month..so everyone come out and partttttay!

Yes Saturday June 11th we're headlining for Dope Disco run by our good friends Kev Smith and Killemilio (Emile of course has repped for Artizan many times). Housed at The workshop, otherwise known as the hawt, new basement space below popular Old St venue Roadtrip, we're joining ressies Kev, Emile and Supercool's promising young guns, Nic Liu & Tommy.

Musically its going to be a fresh blend of all things tech-house, techno and electronic, so pack your bouncy shoes, its rocking through until 5am! Choo Choo!
